We have released a very limited batch of Asian pear unaged brandy or “eau-de-vie”. Head distiller Danny obtained a half ton of locally grown Asian pears, and prepared a subtly fragrant spirit that captures the essence of Asian pears. This is a very limited production, just a few cases of 375ml bottles at 80 proof (40% alc by vol), sold for $30 (plus tax) only at the distillery Speakeasy and Retail Shop.
