Cook County has updated its masking guidance requiring all individuals be masked, even if vaccinated, for indoor spaces, starting August 4th. Hence, we will ask that all of our guests enter the distillery Retail Shop and Speakeasy Bar must be wearing masks, whether that is for purchasing spirits or merchandise, for service of drinks, or for tour/tastings. We also ask that ONLY vaccinated people sit at the bar for drinks, because of the proximity to others, even though our hygiene barriers do remain in place. Masks can be removed when seated for drinking or tasting, but should be worn again whenever standing or walking in the premises. We hope by adopting these measures, we can remain open for tastings and drink service, while keeping everyone safe and meeting Cook County’s guidance.
