We welcome Ms. Coby Houser and Mr. Ted Furman to the Quincy Street Distillery team! Coby will be managing our retail shop and future cocktail bar. She comes with experience in bar management, customer relations, vintage merchandising, and a great personality! She looks forward to meeting you, customers of our artisan spirits.Ted will be working as an assistant distiller. He comes with experience in brewing, having previously had his own microbrewery in Logan Square. Ted has already produced his first malt whiskey with us that is now aging in barrel.
