Our newest and oldest bourbon is Laughton Bros.™ 7-year-old Bottled-in-Bond single barrel straight bourbon whiskey. We believe it is the oldest craft bourbon whiskey distilled and bottled in Illinois! We put this 84% corn bourbon whiskey down over 7 years ago in a full-sized barrel with a medium char. Long aging resulted in more angel’s share loss in the barrel, but provided concentrated and complex flavors, producing fewer bottles than our regular 4-year-old bottling.
