Our Speakeasy cocktail bar is now closed for the holidays, and will reopen in January 2022. Meanwhile, the Retail Shop will be open special hours for the holidays until the end of the year: Wed & Thur 4-7pm, Fri 2-5pm, closed Christmas and New Years Day. There will be no tours on Christmas Day or New Years Day.

Cook County has updated its masking guidance requiring all individuals be masked, even if vaccinated, for indoor spaces, starting August 4th. Hence, we will ask that all of our guests enter the distillery Retail Shop and Speakeasy Bar must be wearing masks, whether that is for purchasing spirits or merchandise, for service of drinks, or for tour/tastings....
